- Assess corporate environment and potential changes, both inherent and in accordance with strategic plans
- Consult with key stakeholders, both within and outside of the Finance and Accounting structure
Design
- Determine required cubes and dimensions
- Map out required workflows
Development
- Identify personnel resources required to perform specific application development tasks
- Create detailed implementation schedule including time required of key development team members
- Encourage full client participation throughout the implementation
- Provide proof of concept with test demonstrations of key system requirements throughout the development process
Technical Installation and Configuration
- We handle the “IT stuff” – build out your application to your specifications
- Includes integration, metadata, workflow and report development
Project Management
- Maintain rigorous project oversight and continuous and open status communication with you, the client
- Ensure the implementation team is composed of resources with the proper skills and availability needed to get the job done effectively, on budget and on time
Administration
- It is critical that we leave the successfully completed application in the hands of a capable system administrator to ensure smooth functioning of the system and completely satisfied end-users
- We provide comprehensive training sessions to ensure all of your users and stakeholders completely comfortable navigating the system, loading planning data and accessing reports and dashboards
On-going Support
- New software updates/releases
- Corporate structural changes resulting from acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations
- Internal systems, processes or controls changes impacting the application
